Question:
I cannot download the software from your website.
ANSWER: Make sure you computer is connected to the internet. Open up your browser and enter in a website like http://www.google.com

I get an error during installation.
ANSWER: Make sure you have at least .net 3.0 installed. Click here to download it from Microsoft.
