Question:

I cannot download the software from your website.
ANSWER: Make sure you computer is connected to the internet. Open up your browser and enter in a website like http://www.google.com

Question:
I'm having problems installing the software after downloading. I get an error when I click on the software to install it.
ANSWER:
Try downloading the software again. You may not have received a complete copy. First clear your browsers cache. For internet explorer users, go to the "Tools" menu the select "Internet Options". You will see a section in the middle called "Temporary internet files". In this section select the "Delete Files" button. When if finished select "Ok" to exit and redownload the software again and follow the install instructions by clicking here.
